Can I order tea with my own brand customized box?
Sure, we do offer customized packaging service based on tea quantity.
What kind of customized packaging you can offer?
For small packaging, there are 100/125/200/250/400/500/1000 gram per colorful box or per colorful bag with 6/10/12 kg outer coloful carton.
For bulk packaging, there are 10/15/25/30 kg PP bag and 20/25/30 kg cardboard box.
If you need other packaging, welcome to tell us your needs.
What is the MOQ?
Normally the minimum order quantity for our tea is one contianer: 20GP or 40HQ. Due to the high cost of international shipping, full container loads can reduce costs, giving customers a competitive edge in the market. If you need a trial order, welcome to contact us for details.
When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
How can I get sample?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check tea quality. We will provide you free sample, as long as you afford the express freight.
How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
After you place a order, sign contract and pay deposit, the production handling time will be within 30 days. If any urgent, we will fasten your order ASAP.
What about the transportation and delivery date？
Container will be shipped by sea or train, truck will be shipped by road. It takes about 15-65 days, depends on final destination.
