Our company founder, Mr. Song Zheng, was born in Wanghua, Shaoxing. As an important distribution center for Pingshui gunpowder tea, Wanghua is a famous tea town and has produced a large number of tea people, including many tea families that have been passed down for generations.

He is Tea Engineer, and fourth-generation inheritor of the “Rui Zi Hao Tea Shop”—a tea-producing family business.
A graduate of the Tea Science Department of the former Zhejiang Agricultural University.
His main responsibilities include the refining, blending, quality evaluation, and inspection of gunpowder tea, as well as tea standardization.
He participated in the development of standards such as 《Export Gunpowder Tea and Chunmee Tea Inspection and Evaluation Methods》 and 《Gunpowder Tea Part 5: Refining Processing Technical Regulations》
He has also participated in the production of physical reference samples for export gunpowder tea on numerous occasions, possessing extensive experience in pearl tea refining, blending, quality assessment, and tea enterprise management..
His grandfather, Song Dejin, worked at the Ruikang Tea Shop, a branch of the Rui brand, as a “water carrier” (responsible for purchasing and transporting tea). According to historical records, after the liberation, he served as the first chief tea appraiser for the Shengxian（The old name of Shengzhou) Specialty Products Company.
His father, Song Jiquan, also worked at Ruikang in his early years. After liberation, he worked at the Sanjie Tea Factory. In 1956, he was awarded the title of Advanced Production Worker of Zhejiang Province. According to the Shaoxing City Commercial Chronicle, on October 8, 1959, Song Jiquan participated in the National Tea Aid Team, going to the first tea factory in Hanoi, Vietnam, to help install tea-making machinery and impart technology. He returned to China on June 8 of the following year, marking the first time Shaoxing had sent personnel abroad for aid. He passed away in 2015.
In 1980, Mr. Song followed in his father’s footsteps, entered Zhejiang Province Sanjie Tea Factory, where he served as deputy factory director, among other positions. whose Brand“Temple of Heaven” 3505 premium grade gunpowder tea won the National Silver Medal in 1981, 1985 ,1990 and won the Gold Award for World Quality Food in Madrid, Spain in 1984. Mr. Song served as the workshop director, biotechnology chief, and production technology deputy director from 1980 to 1998.
In October 1999, Shengzhou Ruixing Export Tea Factory was founded by Mr. Song. The company produced high-quality gunpowder tea for export, continuing the history of the Wanghua “Rui” brand.
In March 2002, Shengzhou Ruixing Export Tea Factory was renamed as Shengzhou Ruixing Tea Industry Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 1.2 million dollars, obtained import and export rights, and began to export tea. Ruixing Tea, as a professional tea processing factory with OEM ODM service, continuously provide overseas customers with high-quality tea and professional processing capabilities. Ruixing Tea has been the long-term China Green tea supplier of some famous Moroccan tea companies, such as “MAROCAINE DES THES ET INFUSIONS (MATHE)”, “STE.GROUPE BELLAKHDAR CO”, “ETS BENLAFKIH ET FILS S.A.R.L” and son on.
In December 2004, Shengzhou Ruixing Tea Industry Co., Ltd obtained the honor of “2004 Civilized Credit Enterprise”
In January 2005, Shengzhou Ruixing Tea Industry Co., Ltd was awarded the title of “Contract-honoring and Credit-keeping Unit” of Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial Enterprise Credit (Grade A).
In December 2005, Shengzhou Ruixing Tea Industry Co., Ltd won the title of “Shaoxing Key Agricultural Leading Enterprise”
In April 2006, Shengzhou Ruixing Tea Industry Co., Ltd was awarded the “National Quality Service Consumer Satisfaction Unit” by China Technical Supervision Information Association.
In December 2006, Shengzhou Ruixing Tea Industry Co., Ltd passed ISO22000 food safety management system certification and ISO9001 quality management system certification. Two system certification are still working.
In December 2007, Shengzhou Ruixing Tea Industry Co., Ltd won the title of “2007 Honest Enterprise”.
In March 2007, Shengzhou Ruixing Tea Industry Co., Ltd obtained the honor of “2007 Civilization Credit Enterprise”.
In December 2007, Shengzhou Ruixing Tea Industry Co., Ltd was awarded the honor of “Contract-honoring and Credit-keeping Unit” of Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial Enterprise Credit (Grade A) again.
In December 2009, Shengzhou Ruixing Tea Industry Co., Ltd was awarded the title of “Zhejiang Provincial Forestry Leading Enterprise”
In April 2010, Ruixing brand trademark was successfully registered in the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
In February 2013, Shengzhou Ruixing Tea Industry Co., Ltd won the title of “2012 Top 10 Industrial Enterprises” in Sanjie Town, Shengzhou High-tech Zone.
In February 2016, Mr. Song Zheng invented a paste device for the tea-fired tea, and obtained a utility model patent certificate. At same time, our company won the title of “2015 Economic Hero” of Shengzhou Provincial High-tech Industrial Zone.
In February 2017, our company won the title of “2016 Top Ten Industrial Enterprises” in Shengzhou Provincial High-tech Industrial Zone.
